On November 14^th, the international student union of SYUCT together with the Friendship culture association organized the 2020 edition of the HALLOWEEN COSTUME GALA.

The event was to celebrate diversity on campus and friendship between international and Chinese students, presenting artistic talents and sharing different ideas on the other side of campus life apart from studies, and to celebrate Halloween as the title says even though it was not on exact date as known worldwide.

The party started around 5:00pm at the student activities center, students and some of the teachers were among the attendees, the event also counted with the presence of the vice deans of international education school.

Students had fun and enjoyed the party, we had many performances by the students and teachers. A singing performance from international education teacher “Melody”, the main events of the night were the dance performances from the ISU dance club.

Some foreign students sang Chinese songs and Chinese students sang in English language guaranteeing mutual cultural interchange.

The party was successful thanks to everyone who made it happen from the organizers to the attendees, we hope to have more activities in the future which will include both Chinese and international students so we continue learning from each other.
